Refund Policy
At STARRYSE, we are committed to providing professional credit consulting, funding guidance, and financial education services. While we work diligently and strategically on behalf of our clients, we cannot guarantee specific results, credit score increases, funding approvals, or timelines, as outcomes vary based on individual financial circumstances.
Due to the nature of credit consulting services, refunds are not guaranteed. However, a refund of up to 100% of service fees may be considered only if ALL of the following conditions are met:
STARRYSE failed to provide the services outlined in the signed service agreement.
The Client remained current on all payments with no returned (NSF) payments and fulfilled all financial obligations per the agreed payment schedule.
The Client fully complied with all recommendations, documentation requests, and action steps provided in their personalized credit or funding plan.
The Client made all required minimum payments on time for existing and newly obtained credit accounts during the service period.
The Client maintained open communication and did not interfere with or delay the service process through incomplete documentation or failure to respond.
The Client did not dispute legitimate negative items that were accurate, verified, and legally reported.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any refund is at the sole discretion of STARRYSE management.
Please note that fees paid for educational products, digital programs, consultations already rendered, or third-party services are non-refundable.
By enrolling in our services, the Client acknowledges understanding that credit restoration, funding approvals, and financial strategy implementation require cooperation, time, and adherence to the recommended process.
