Cancellation

To cancel your service with STARRYSE, please contact our support team during regular business hours via email at [email protected]. Please include your full name, contact information, and any relevant account details so we can process your request promptly.

Services are billed on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. Billing will continue until we confirm your cancellation request. A confirmation email will be sent once your cancellation has been processed.

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least three (3) business days prior to your next scheduled billing date to avoid additional charges.
